Weekly nomad run #234🙌 (4KM, 6.5KM & 8KM)

Hello Runners!!

Let's continue adding kilometers to our shoes on 2025. The Lisbon runner community has been growing since our first run in 2020. After our 4th anniversary we will keep doing it one more year. We'll be meeting at 18:50 outside the "Terminal Fluvial - Cais do Sodré".

We start the run at 19:00 from Jardim de Roque Gameiro to the 25 de Abril bridge and back - This should be around 6 or 7 Kilometers - we have also a 4Km option group doing 6:30 min/k - we're open to all levels and will work on the distance and speed according to everyone that joins.

No level required, we just want to have a blast and some good exercise!
