Lisbon Sunrise Runs is a social running group for people who enjoy starting the day with movement, good energy, and a relaxed pace.

We organize easy-paced sunrise runs, focused primarily on running together — not racing — with the added bonus of passing through some of Lisbon’s most scenic areas. The emphasis is on a comfortable, conversational pace, suitable for runners who want to move, socialize, and enjoy the city along the way.

Our runs usually include:
• Easy, steady pace (not a race)
• Routes of 5–7 km
• Small groups for a better running experience
• Occasional short stops for views or photos
• A social finish, often with coffee ☕

Most runs are free to join and follow a pay-what-you-feel model.
At the end of the run, if you enjoyed the experience, you’re invited to contribute what you feel is fair.
