What Makes This Workshop Different

We'll pick 2-3 volunteers from the room (And yes, you'll need to pitch) and validate their actual business ideas, live, in front of everyone. You'll watch the entire process unfold in real time: the brainstorming, the filtering, the brutal honesty, the "aha" moments.
Whether you volunteer or observe, you'll leave with a framework you can use on your own ideas the very next day.

The Smart Idea Framework (3 Steps)

Step 1: Brainstorm We'll use AI as a co-founder to extract 15 business ideas from your background. Not generic startup ideas. Ideas rooted in YOUR skills, YOUR access, YOUR obsessions.

Step 2: Filter Most ideas need to die. We'll kill the weak ones fast using founder-market fit criteria, and turn the survivors into clear, testable offers.

Step 3: Test AI will play the role of a skeptical customer. We'll stress-test the offer, uncover objections, and refine the pitch before it ever touches a real human.

A Word on AI
We'll use AI throughout this workshop, but with a grain of salt. AI is a powerful thinking partner that can simulate objections and spot weak points. But it's not a crystal ball. The real validation still comes from talking to actual humans. Think of this as the sparring session before the real fight.
