We gather in a carefully held environment designed to help the mind and nervous system reset.

Just a shared atmosphere of calm, presence, and quiet focus.
You step into a phone-free space where everything is curated to support a slower rhythm.

Around you, a selection of objects invites gentle engagement:

• Interesting books to get lost in.
• Analog games to play, alone or with others.
• Art supplies for non-verbal expression.
• A stone chessboard, for those who want to go even deeper into stillness.

Read, journal, draw, play… or simply sit and do nothing.
You are free to move between stillness and light activity, at your own rhythm without expectation, without performance.

🌿 THE ANALOG EXPERIENCE
The space includes a curated selection of materials you can move between, depending on how you feel in the moment.

🎲 Social — Analog games (solo, co-op, group, couples) and conversation cards for light, low-pressure interaction.

🎨 Creative — Colouring books, drawing tools and guides, painting supplies, and craft materials such as stencils, air-dry clay, weaving, and more.

📚 Focus — A selection of books, calligraphy and writing tools, and prompts for quiet, immersive attention.

🪞 Reflection — Journaling materials, therapy and tarot cards, music and CDs, and puzzles for more inward moments.

💤 Relaxation — A massage cushion and dedicated space to simply rest.

🎵 THE SOUND JOURNEY
As you settle into the space, a live ambient soundscape begins to unfold.
An evolving DJ set will accompany you, moving slowly and subtly, designed to support the shift from a busy mind to a more grounded state.

It's not something you need to follow, but more something that gently holds you.

At times, the energy may gently lift, becoming a little more vibrant, a little more playful.

You might feel like stretching, loosening up… and if it feels right, a little shaky shaky.

Nothing is expected, though. Just follow your own rhythm.

🍵 THOUGHTFUL FOOD & DRINKS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT
The café and bar stay open during the session.

Your ticket includes one drink: house wine (white or red), tea, batch brew coffee, water, or organic soda.

You can also order more at any time, including specialty coffee, chai, and natural wines.

If you feel like eating, Absent's kitchen offers seasonal bowls and plates, mezze and small bites, and other fresh options.

Leave feeling mentally recharged and more grounded, with a clearer head for what matters, and naturally connected to a room of interesting people.
