We'll share practical insights on identifying issues across infrastructure, networking, clusters, and applications, while discussing how to build scalable systems without adding overwhelming operational overhead. Bios:
David Navalho is a Principal at Marionete, blending a background in Distributed Systems research with hands-on experience to craft innovative data solutions - from data mesh architectures to robust governance frameworks. He's passionate about pushing data technology boundaries and sharing insights that drive industry standards forward.

Rui Grafino is the Head of DevOps at Marionete, blending years in the telco industry—from optimizing operations and ensuring observability of critical payment systems to managing high-demand RDBMS environments—with hands-on expertise in modern DevOps and Data Platform engineering. He’s passionate about pushing operational boundaries and driving technological excellence.
