Expect intentional connections, nourishing brunch, conscious movement, and journaling exercises to set your autumn flow!

✨11:30 am: Vinyasa Yoga/ pilates mix & meditation
✨12:45 am: Superfood homemade picnic brunch with a focus on protein and fibre
✨13:30 am: New season journaling to set intentions clear
✨14:15 am: Healthy lifestyle workshop "Create your ideal wellness routine for autumn"

Pilar is a 300 hours certified vinyasa yoga, mat pilates and wellness coach, trained with koya webb and teaching in yoga retreats, wellness events and personal training in france and switzerland, she believes you don’t need a fancy pilates studio , equipment or expensive gym memberships to get the right movements and rituals in , all you need is your mat , the right mindset , the knowledge, mindset shift to prioritize yourself and consistency! She will also share some mental and physical exercises you can take with you to do daily that can make an impact physically and mentally✨
