This guided rooftop session introduces evidence-informed breathing and awareness practices designed to help participants shift from mental overload or low energy into greater focus, expansion, and coherence.

The experience includes:
• a brief explanation of the science behind breath and nervous system regulation
• brief reflection/notetaking exercise
• guided breathwork
• guided meditation
• time for integration and reflection

The environment is calm, supportive, and suitable for both beginners and experienced participants.

This session is particularly helpful for those seeking:

Please arrive on time or early to prevent the need to extend the session---in respect for others' time.
