This guided rooftop session introduces evidence-informed breathing and awareness practices designed to help participants shift from mental overload or low energy into greater focus, expansion, and coherence.
The experience includes:

• brief reflection/notetaking exercise
• guided breathwork
• guided meditation
• time for integration and reflection
The environment is calm, supportive, and suitable for both beginners and experienced participants.
