Free Yoga in the Park

Join us for a free yoga class on Monday July 21 from 5-6 pm. We will meet in Eduardo VII Park (at the top near the restaurant "Praia no Parque", next to the fountain which looks like a rectangular swimming pool). The class includes sequences of connected or flowing poses along with detailed instruction. Please bring your own yoga mat (a "sticky mat" works best). Be sure to RSVP if you'd like to attend.
