Free Yoga Class in the Park

Join us for a free yoga class on Monday September 22 from 5:30-6:30 pm. This class includes sequences of connected or flowing poses along with detailed instruction. We will meet in Eduardo VII Park (at the top near the restaurant "Praia no Parque", next to the fountain which looks like a rectangular swimming pool). Please bring a yoga mat (a "sticky mat" works best). Be sure to RSVP if you'd like to attend. I look forward to meeting you!
