This time after a productive coworking session, we’re excited to invite you to a short workshop led by Bolívar, an expert in Change Management and Process Transformation. With over 15 years of experience and a background in Lean Six Sigma and Harvard-level Change Management studies, he brings practical, actionable insights. He also teaches Change Management at Platzi, where more than 5,000 learners have taken his course.
This workshop, “Change Management Tools,” will provide simple yet powerful techniques to help leaders reduce natural resistance to change and drive successful transformation. In a world where everything evolves — processes, technology, structures, and culture — Bolívar will introduce proven, practical tools that make leading change more effective and human-centered.
