Kick Boxing & Muay Thai in the Park

Come and join us for Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Boxing in Jardim da Estrela. Don't worry if this is your first time practicing martial arts all levels are welcome.

What happens?
We'll start off with a warm up, do some cardio, practice striking and finish off with some streching.

Equipment
Just bring comfortable clothes that you can work out in. If you have boxing gloves/straps feel free to bring them also but they are not needed.

€7.50 for your second or €20 for monthly pass 4 per month (€5 per session).
