Meet at Banana Café inside the park and split into two friendly groups:

• 1 km (beginner-friendly) — perfect if you’re starting out or easing back in.
• 3 km (social pace) — a few relaxed laps for those who want a little more.
  All paces welcome—no one left behind.

Why Jardim da Estrela?
Lisbon’s most charming garden: tree-lined paths, a classic bandstand, a duck pond, and cozy kiosks. Mostly flat loops with some shaded sections—perfect for easy laps and conversation.
