This gathering is an invitation to explore your inner landscape, express your truth, and connect in deep, conscious conversation.
We’ll pause, reflect, and reconnect with our inner world, therfore we begin to act from a place of clarity, grounded presence, and self-trust.

This space is for you if:
• you want to give yourself time to slow down and realign with what truly matters
• you long to understand your feelings, thoughts, and inner patterns more clearly
• you crave real, meaningful conversations that go beneath the surface
• you’re ready to be seen – not for what you do, but for who you are
• you feel the power of women coming together in honesty and presence

What you can expect:
A guided space for self-reflection, authentic connection, and grounded presence – through journaling prompts, open sharing, gentle guidance and mindful moments.
It’s a space – a moment to meet yourself and others more honestly.
You’ll leave feeling more clear, connected, and confident in who you are.

Bring:
• Your journal & pen – it’s going to be juicy
• A mat or blanket to sit on
• Water, and anything else you need to feel comfortable outdoors

Hi, I'm Arzu and I moved from Germany to Lisbon. I honestly skip small talks and want to meet myself and others on deeper levels. I believe in the healing power of presence, storytelling, and safe spaces.
As a social worker and licensed systemic coach, I create spaces where women reconnect with themselves and each other – with curiosity, courage, and compassion.
