Journaling is so so powerful, you can literally **journal your way to sucess**, reshape the way you think, eliminate limiting beliefs, as well as reconnect to your higher self.

We are meeting at 20:00 for a reason. You will learn why that hour is important for journaling during the meet up. You will also get to know why timing is important and what you can achieve when you journal in different times in the day.

**How the meeting will go:**
We will start with a fun and interactive intro and delve into journaling techniques straight away. We will cover:
\- journaling timing;
\- journalling techniques fo self exploration;
\- journaling techniques to set your days for success;
\- a simple yet profound technique for restful sleep and lucid dreaming the night after the event;
We will close the meeting with a mindfulness exercise that will help you settle all the learing and open space for reflection for you to explore what works best for you.
The meeting will also include sharing personal experiences of each participant and success stories with journaling.

**Who will facilitate the event:**
I'm Lilly, a regression hypnotherapist, theatre pedagogue and tea lover. I work with individual clients, as well as groups and journaling has always accompanied me and the people I work with towards success and achievements in personal and professional fields. I'm going to share 15+ years of journeling experince.
