Join our intimate and super cozy conversations where we connect to nature and to ourselves, and talk about what is truly alive in us. It's going to be a very **nourishing space that will leave you refreshed, inspired, and energised**. So often, things that truly matter in life and make us alive are overlooked.

**What to expect:**

* Meaningful conversations about what matters in life, with all its beautiful and not-so-beautiful aspects;
* How to connect to your inner child to get more playful energy in life
* Toxic relationships and how to manage them
* Talk about the way we connect to others and how to make our connections more meaningful.
* Conversations about authentic relationships and languages of love
* How do we connect to our unique essence and stay grounded in who we are?
* How do we manage our energy levels to make sure we have both nourishing giving and receiving connections?

**What will be the format?**
We will engage in various getting-to-know-you exercises at the beginning of the event and will have multiple occasions to talk to others in pairs and larger groups. You will make lots of friends, and you will probably not want to leave after the event. You will want to keep talking.

It will be a lot of fun!

I'm a theatre educator with over 10 years of experience organising events and also a therapist. I love to work with people and create spaces that inspire connections and true transformations through connections.
