Online meditation
Start or support your meditation practice with this online group meditation.
The class is 1 hour. We do a different practice each month- breathwork or a specific meditation such as a body scan.
Format:
Introductions and spiritual discussion 15-20 minutes
5-10 minutes gentle stretching
30 minute meditation-
Share our experiences with the meditation
Closing
Here is what is planned for the next few months.
April: 3 part breath
May: Brahmari (bee) breath
June: body scan
A bit about me: I started meditating in the late 1980s and have studied various forms of meditation including Zen buddhism, Tibetan buddhism, yogic meditation and breathwork as well as newer schools of meditation such as Joe Dispenza and Heartmath.
I am a a certified yoga teacher since 2004, as well as a qigong teacher, mom, energy healer and Heartmath certified coach. I love sharing meditation with others as it as helped me tremendously in my own life.
