This group is for mindful, active, fun-loving workshops and activities, where people of different backgrounds come together to experience Body-Mind-Soul-enriching events.

The goal is to create a safe space for Self-Development and Growth and a Community of like-minded people gathering for different workshops and activities of healing, empowering, opening up, and fun social interaction.
