Regular meetup for people who want to learn Wrestling (Not pro wrestling WWE etc). Come and learn self defence, get fit and meet new people.
No experience required
Anyone is welcome.
Fitness Level
Any level of fitness is fine.
Location
Classes will be held outside in Campo dos Mártires da Pátria infront of the Goethe Institut = https://goo.gl/maps/7RETdomD647xLZ6J6 you'll see us in front of it.
Language
English but can explain anything in Portugese if needed.
Price
€5 per class
Equipment
No equipment needed just bring comfortable clothes and water. Note don't bring your best clothes as they may get dirty.
