11:30 - 15:00 Possible activities: Creative Expression: Art and Music Journey; Individual work and work in groups; Journaling. Nature walks, listening to the ocean;

Who will facilitate the experience:
I'm Lilly, I'm a therapist with over 10 years of experience with psychoanalysis, regression hypnotherapy, Tibetan sound healing and reiki. I spent two years in Mexico learning from indigenous space holders of experiences with sacred plants and since 5 years I have been actively using them myself and with my clients.
