Life Force Activation
A gentle space to soften, release, and come home to your own energy.
Life force is the energy that keeps you breathing, healing, and feeling, moving through everything you do. Known as Kundalini in yogic traditions, it's the same energy this session works with. Most of the time it gets buried under stress and tension we've been carrying for years. This session is about clearing space for that energy to move freely again.
There's nothing to know, nothing to prepare for. You just lie down, close your eyes, and let your body do what it already knows how to do, let go.
Through a 60 minute energy transmission, gentle touch and energy work help release the tension you've been carrying, in your body, your breath, your nervous system, so your natural energy can flow freely again.
