Each session combines free dance 💃, simple improvisation tasks ✨, somatic movement 🧘, and great music 🎶.

No pressure, no performance… just time for you to explore what your body needs 🌿
SOMATIC DANCE SESSIONS are barefoot 🦶, open to everyone 🌈 (no dance experience needed!) and happen in a vibrant environment in the studio of Groovie Records, Rua Angelina Vidal 49A in Anjos!

Come as you are and let’s move! 🫶
