Journey to womanhood girls circles age 12-14

Join me for a fun and empowering journey of self-
discovery, where girls can explore the changes
they are going through, make new friends, build
confidence, body-awareness, and connect with
their inner world.
Each session includes a look at ‘herstory’- stories
of women throughout history, celebrating how far
we’ve come, what we can learn from the past,
and how we can shape the future. The journey
includes ‘real-talk’ sharing, creative art,
movement meditation and more!
