Take a deep breath, slow down, and enjoy a heartwarming feast inspired by the flavours of the season. Slow Sunday is all about gathering around a long communal table, sharing delicious food, and embracing the comfort of good company.

### What to Expect

We’ll start with a velvety Autumn Pumpkin Soup, the perfect way to welcome the cozy season. Then, we’ll share a vibrant selection of shared delights:
Cheese & Pistachio Beet Salad with Orange Dressing – A colorful, citrus-kissed creation.
Braised Leeks with Pomegranate Molasses & Olive Oil – A sweet and tangy seasonal classic.
Buckwheat & Apple Salad with Basil Dressing – Fresh, crisp, and aromatic.

For the main course, savor the perfect balance of texture and flavor with Crispy Kataifi Pastry Stuffed with Kebab & Served with Green Hummus—a dish that is both indulgent and comforting.

And finally, we’ll wrap up the meal with Crispy Tahini Bites & Coffee, a sweet and nutty finish to a slow, soul-nourishing Sunday.

• BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle): Bring whatever you like to drink—I believe everyone should enjoy their favorite drink with their meal.
