Simple Body-Based Tools for Nervous System Regulation

Details
As coaches, colleagues, friends, partners, parents—how we show up matters. Our nervous system state profoundly influences our ability to be present, curious, and connected.
In this experiential workshop, you will learn practical, science-backed tools to shift yourself—and the people around you—into a state of calm clarity. Using simple breath, movement, vision, and voice techniques grounded in Polyvagal Theory and autonomic nervous system science, you will discover how subtle adjustments can powerfully impact stress, focus, and connection.
You will leave equipped with accessible practices to regulate your own nervous system, recognize signs of dysregulation, and stay grounded—no matter what you are doing or who you are with.
This event is relevant for all therapists and coaches who are interested in extending their knowledge of different theories and modalities, as well as anyone who is generally interested in psychology and self-development. This is an inclusive event open to all genders, and will include discussion as well as (optional) experiential moments.
