Rewriting Your Inner Map: NLP Tools for Leadership & Insight
Details
This interactive 90-minute session offers an accessible introduction to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) as a framework for personal insight, emotional regulation, and effective communication. Grounded in decades of experience and updated with contemporary behavioural science, the session will demystify NLP and invite participants to explore how its tools can support leadership, coaching, and everyday relational dynamics.
We’ll explore how our internal “maps” shape perception, how language patterns influence relationships, and how we can shift state and mindset to respond more resourcefully to challenges. The session combines short explanations, practical demonstrations, and guided reflections, offering tools participants can start using immediately.
Whether you’re a leader, coach, facilitator, or curious about how people think and change, this session provides a grounded, human-centered introduction to NLP’s core principles and practices.
Practicalities:
The event will take place at Kube Coworking, upstairs in the Open Hall. We will begin promptly at 6.30pm so please ensure that you are seated before then so as not to disrupt the energy of the event. You can buy refreshments at the adjoining cafe before the event and we invite everyone to continue the discussion there afterwards as well.
There is no charge for attendance but we recommend a voluntary donation of at least €5 (cash only) for those who are willing and able to contribute to help cover the use of the venue, support for the presenters, as well as administrative costs.
