Emotionally Focused Therapy: Building Secure and Resilient Relationships
Details
Join us for an engaging informational session on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the groundbreaking approach developed by Sue Johnson. This evidence-based model focuses on strengthening emotional bonds and improving communication in relationships. We'll explore how attachment science shapes our connections, and how EFT can help create more secure, resilient relationships. Whether you're curious about your own relationships or looking to deepen your professional knowledge, you’ll leave with fresh insights and practical tools to foster more meaningful, lasting connections.
Practicalities:
The event will take place at Kube Coworking, upstairs in the Open Hall. We will begin promptly at 6.30pm so please ensure that you are seated before then so as not to disrupt the energy of the event. You can buy refreshments at the adjoining cafe before the event.
There is no charge for attendance but we recommend a voluntary donation of at least €5 (cash only) for those who are willing and able to contribute to help cover the use of the venue, support for the presenters, as well as administrative costs.
If you have any questions about this event, please feel free to reach out to Kat LeRoy.
