Ready for a Saturday filled with flavor, freedom, and great company in one of Lisbon's most beautiful gardens?Let’s go together to UMAMI, one of Portugal's first major plant-based and vegetarian festivals.
This is more than just a food event; it’s a movement celebrating taste without labels, from refined plant-based fine dining to mouth-watering seitan burgers from iconic food trucks.
📍 What’s in Store?
• 24 Top Chefs: Discover the secrets of plant-based cuisine through outdoor cooking shows, featuring Michelin-star talent.
• Iconic Food Trucks & Market: Explore the "Mercadinho Umami" for independent brands and fresh new finds.
• Stunning Location: We will be enjoying all of this at Jardim do Torel, right in the heart of Lisbon.

• Session Time: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Lunch Session)
• Meeting Point: will be decided closer to the date
