🌱 Workshop: How to Talk About Being Vegan, Without the Drama

Let’s be honest: being vegan is usually pretty easy… until someone starts asking questions. 😅

“But where do you get your protein?”
“Would you eat meat if you were stranded on an island?”
“But what’s wrong with eating eggs?”
…and suddenly you’re trying to explain your entire life choice while everyone is waiting for your answer.

This meetup, facilitated by George, is about making those conversations a little easier.

We’ll spend the evening exploring how to talk about being vegan in a way that feels calm, confident and constructive, without getting defensive, starting an argument, or feeling like you have to convince everyone in the room.

It’s an interactive session, so expect real-life scenarios, questions, role-play and plenty of opportunities to practise in a relaxed and supportive environment.

🌿 What we’ll do

We’ll talk about:

• how to share your perspective without putting others immediately on the defensive
• how to ask better questions and keep conversations open
• how to deal with common questions and objections
• how to navigate those awkward moments with friends, family and colleagues
• how to feel more comfortable speaking up about veganism

No debating competition.
No “winning” arguments.
No judgement.

Just a chance to learn, practise and hopefully leave feeling a little more confident the next time someone asks “But why are you vegan?” 😉
