
What we’re about
This class is hand-on and practical (led by a trained facilitator). You will be working in pairs (no more than 8 people per session), per station to create your African and Caribbean dishes.
You'll learn AfriJerk's own techniques that can easily be repeated at home and you'll also receive a recipe so you can recreate the dishes you make on the day at home.
You'll discover our traditions and learn historical tips about our unique cuisines. Vegetarians and vegans are welcome, but please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions and we will be sure to make the necessary arrangements.
We regularly change the dishes we make so you can attend this event as a one off or be a repeat attendee as we'll have new dishes for you to learn each month.
