Hello Everyone!
We will hike from Sintra to Colares.
Length: ~17km. Total ascent: ~540m.
Difficulty: Moderate
We will climb up some rocks in order to enjoy the view. We will need to be careful there. (It is optional to climb.)

We will meet at 10:15 across Pizza Hut. It is the starting point of the hike.

On the way back, we will take one of the buses towards Sintra.
This is not a circular hike.
Pack a picnic lunch and at least 1,5 liters of water. Hiking shoes/hiking boots, a hat, sunscreen, a raincoat and sunglasses are advised for a comfortable hike.
This event may be rescheduled/cancelled depending on the weather conditions.
If you would like to contribute towards the Lisbon Hiking Meetup costs, please prepare a contribution of 2 euros per person for this coming hike. This is simply a chance to contribute toward the group's costs.
Whether you already have a place or are still in the waiting list, if you later change your mind about coming, then it is very important that you change your RSVP, so another member can participate instead. The attendees need to be in the "going list" in order to join the hike.
It is not allowed to smoke and to leave any trash during the hike!
