Hiking from Almoçageme to Cabo da Roca via Praia da Ursa

Hello Everyone!

We will hike from Almoçageme to Cabo da Roca through Praia da Ursa. This is not a circular hike.

Length: 9km. Elevation gain: 403m.
It is a difficult trail with ups and downs. The area is usually windy/breezy. There are some parts that we will need to go through dense bushes.

We will meet at 10:20 am in Sintra (across Pizza Hut) and share Uber/Bolt towards Almoçageme.

On the way back, we will take the bus from Cabo da Roca to Sintra.

Pack a picnic lunch and at least one and a half liters of water. Hiking boots, a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses are advised for a comfortable hike.

This event may be rescheduled/canceled depending on the weather conditions.

If you would like to contribute towards the Lisbon Hiking Meetup costs, please prepare a contribution of 2 euros per person for this coming hike. This is simply a chance to contribute toward the group's costs.

Whether you already have a place or are still on the waiting list, if you later change your mind about coming, then it is very important that you change your RSVP, so another member can participate instead. All the participants need to be on the main list.

It is not allowed to smoke and to leave any trash during the hike!
