Hiking in Tapada de Mafra (Entry fee: 10€)

Hello everyone,

We will hike in Tapada de Mafra, which is a natural park home to deers, wild boars, and foxes.
It's a 14 km circular trail. Elevation gain: 300m.

Entry fee of the park: 10 €.

We will meet in Oriente at 9:30 AM and share Uber/Bolt towards Tapada de Mafra.

If you get in the going list and want to go directly to the park, please let me know about that in advance and be there at 10:00 AM.

On the way back, we may need to wait for Uber/Bolt longer than normal.

Pack a picnic lunch and at least one and a half liters of water. Hiking shoes/hiking boots, a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses are advised for a comfortable hike. You may also bring binoculars if you have any.

This event may be rescheduled/canceled depending on the weather conditions.

If you would like to contribute towards the Lisbon Hiking Meetup costs, please prepare a contribution of 2 euros per person for this coming hike. This is simply a chance to contribute toward the group's costs.

Whether you already have a place or are still in the waiting list, if you later change your mind about coming, then it is very important that you change your RSVP, so another member can participate instead.

It is not allowed to smoke and to leave any trash during the hike!
