Lisbon Mums +40
A group for mums over 40 living in Lisbon who would like to connect with other women in a similar stage of life: motherhood, the city, new routines and the wish to make plans with like-minded people.
This group welcomes new mums, mums with young children, women who became mothers later in life and, of course, expat mums who are building their life and community in Lisbon.
The idea is to meet for coffees, walks, visits to beautiful places, cultural outings, different activities and workshops — from creative or wellness plans to an exhibition, a relaxed brunch or a walk with the babies.
A relaxed, judgement-free space with good taste, where we can share motherhood, real conversations, useful recommendations and small plans that make life in Lisbon a little easier and much more beautiful.
