What to Expect from the Event?
The evening will begin with a few readings from Nayma and Clive before we open the floor to the open mic, for anyone who wishes to share their poetry in a warm and welcoming environment.

If you’d like to perform, please prepare 1 or 2 poems, ideally originals. Both English and Portuguese poetry are welcome. Not a performer? No problem! You’re more than welcome to attend and enjoy the readings as part of the audience.

This event is for anyone with a love of poetry - whether you’re a seasoned poet, an aspiring writer, or simply a poetry enthusiast who enjoys listening to spoken word.
