Gina is a marketing leader with 18+ years of experience at leading tech companies, including Miro, Microsoft, SoSafe, and Unbabel. She is currently CMO at Designverse, an engineering context layer platform helping teams connect engineering knowledge and context to accelerate software development. Named one of the Top 100 Future B2B CMOs, Gina specializes in go-to-market strategy, product adoption, and global growth across AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology. She also mentors startups on go-to-market strategy and product-market fit.

She is currently leading Digital Transformation at Concentrix, owning the B2B sales technology roadmap, driving AI adoption, automation, and the integration of AI agents into commercial operations. Her work spans technology strategy, solution evaluation, vendor negotiations, security and compliance, and pilot execution, combining external AI solutions with collaboration across internal product teams to develop and enhance existing capabilities. Mira specialises in AI readiness, AI agents, technology adoption, and organisational change, with a focus on how people, AI, and automation work together in real business environments.

Hugo is a product and design leader with 19 years of experience across web, mobile and digital product, including Mokriya, Portugal Telecom’s SAPO and ZON. He is currently Managing Director for Portugal at Nagarro and Director of Product Design in its Product Studio, where he supports a global team of designers. He works on business growth, operational efficiency and building high-performing teams, with a focus on AI, product strategy and product experience.

He joined Rydoo as Chief Marketing Officer, rebuilt the marketing organisation from the ground up, then moved up to Chief Revenue Officer, leading Marketing, Partnerships and Sales for Rydoo and Semine. Fernando specialises in AI-native go-to-market strategy, demand engines in B2B SaaS and revenue leadership, including the move from CMO to CRO.

Kátia is a tech community builder and event host with 10+ years of experience across HR, recruitment and software development, including Grape Up, Intersog and Hillel IT School. She is currently Senior Frontend Developer at DataArt, Connection Advocate for the D2 collective, a community of 6,000+ tech professionals, and Vice-President of the General Assembly at the 351 Portuguese Startup Association. She moved into software after five years in HR, including heading an HR department and coaching IT recruiters, and mentors junior developers with a focus on healthy team dynamics.
