Listen Lancaster is dedicated to the appreciation for recorded music and invites people passionate about music to share and enjoy the audiophile experience. Meetups will occur in unique places that have interesting acoustic environments within Lancaster and the surrounding area. A monthly gathering in these unique room settings will provide the opportunity to experience a plethora of playback systems from popular designers and manufacturers. These audio systems will be curated to explore their unique qualities and maximize the ultimate listening experience. The meetups will be an opportunity to share food, drink and the love of music in a setting that will encourage discussion and the appreciation of audiophile systems. Most gatherings will include a popular and locally known music aficionado that will share their particular knowledge of a genre or share a desert island disc presentation. Additionally, the designers and manufacturers of the presented audio systems will be invited to join us to share their history, background and design theories.
