This is an in-person, bi-weekly, sharing and discussion group for artists, writers, musicians, and people in STEM to get together to present and talk about ideas and personal work in an informal setting.
At the beginning of each Meetup, everyone with something to share or a discussion topic will be put on a list. Presentation order will be determined by random draw. Presentation time will be limited by the total meetup time (5-8:00pm - 3 hours) divided by the number of presenters, so everyone with something to share will get a chance to talk. Any extra time after presentations are made will be an open forum for conversation. The goal of the group is to inspire meaningful, interdisciplinary, conversations and build connections in the community.
Topic and shared work can include but are not limited to:
Paintings, Drawings, Art & Architecture, Music, Poetry, Writing, Screenplays, Books, Programming, Web Development, Science & Technology, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Philosophy & Religion, Politics, History, Psychology, Biology & Nature...etc.
The meetup will consistently be hosted every other Monday at Equal Grounds Coffee on South Ave in Rochester. Late arrivals are welcome and there is no pressure to stay for the full time.
