A difficult faster-paced hike 2.5 mph w/ high of 3 mph. 1,800 elevation gain. This will inclued the more difficult trails in the park as well as going up the Head.

There are steep sections and potentially risky rock scrambles. Consider it an advanced hike.
Sorry no beginners or dogs due to distance and degree of difficulty. Must be used to a fast pace.
Please come prepared with water & snacks. 10 essentials. There will be one short lunch break and others only as needed.
