Macedonia Brook Hike

Let's hike in the Taconic Mountains in Kent, CT!
Please read the entire discription.
This 6.7 mile loop packs a lot of exercise into three hours and isn't for beginners. We'll move at a good pace. There's four big hills with a steep rock scramble. Please arrive early. We exit the lot at 9am. Please come prepared with water & snacks.

There are several ways to exit our blue loop just in case you fall behind. Go here and download and print a copy of the map:

Forget about cell service in the parking lot, so we'll see you on time and we start walking at 9:00. Sorry no dogs.

Please park at the southern end of the park where the blue trail crosses the road. There is an outhouse there.
