Let's do some hiking in the White Mountains!

This hike is open to anyone who has hiked with me before and understands that the hike will be strenuous. New members are also welcome if they have White Mountain experience.

Please join us for a hike of two 4,000 footers, North and South Hancock. This trail is primarily moderate however it does get tough the last mile to the top of North Hancock. At this portion hikers will have to trek on rocks and scrambles. This section is also difficult to descend so please be aware.
9.3 miles
2604' elevation

Sayaka and I will be adding these two peaks to our list of the NH 48. Join us for these two, or do your own thing and let's meet up for dinner. Please let us know if you're in the area!

The next day we'll probably do Zealand, another 4,000 footer, via the Zealand and Appalachian Trails (10.9 miles, 2477' gain).

Please come prepared with a map, enough food and water, proper hiking gear for all conditions, headlamp, first aid, sunscreen, bug spray, etc...

We'll be staying in Lincoln at a very reasonably priced inn where we've stayed before and find clean and comfortable for $78 per night. We're heading to Lincoln the night before the first hike. Hope to see some friends!
