A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens

I'm in a Christmassy mood! I love Charles Dickens and this intriguing Christmas tale, A Christmas Carol. It's a fairly short read at 166 pages long, but packed with meaningful imagery. If you don't own a copy, please don't waste any time scrambling for this book. I've attached a link to a free copy online in Google Books. In fact, I don't know where my hard copy is so this is the version I will probably read, too. Audio books are fine, as well, if that is your preference.

I would also love to watch the movie versions to see how they compare. The book is usually better! There are some really good dramatic productions and animated versions. I've seen one or two of them, including Mr. Magoo's A Christmas Carol in the 1980s.
