Dive into a meaningful in-person discussion at the Literature & Theology Reading Group's next meetup as we explore Romulus, My Father by Raimond Gaita.

Romulus, My Father began as an eulogy, written by the moral philosopher Raimond Gaita for his father, and was subsequently developed into a memoir of Gaita's early life in rural Australia. But the book is much more than that, and when read alongside his more philosophical work, can be seen as a serious reflection on the nature of moral goodness, vulnerability and compassion.

Each session is accompanied by a lecture from Dr Stuart Jesson, exploring its spiritual and theological significance.

Please make sure you have sign up for this session on our online portal. If you cannot attend in person, you can also join us online on 24 November.

All are welcome to be a part of this vibrant community dedicated to exploring the intersection of faith and literature!
