Details
Join me (Gus) us as we pick up road litter on New Bern Ave and a small abandoned encampment near the DMV
Optional: Join me at 7:15 at the Burger King at 3955 New Bern Ave for Breakfast prior to the pickup event. (The actual pickup event starts at 8)
Pickup tools, bags, and reflective safety vests are provided. Bring your own work gloves (or buy from us for $1.50). Wear sturdy shoes or boots (no flip flops, sandals or crocs)
please arrive 5 minutes early for instructions and materials distribution. As with all events, please check meetup on the day of the event to see if there have been any changes or a cancellation.
Minimum age is 14; newcomers are encouraged. Each new volunteer (adult and youth) should complete this waiver, one time only, unless your contact information changes.
