Volunteering for Children

Hello. Welcome to KOYA!

What is KOYA?
At KOYA, we provide a space where children can play, read, and study. We are holding an "Information & Experience Day" to introduce our various activities.
There are many ways to contribute, such as reading picture books, tutoring math, or helping out behind the scenes. Since we operate on a small scale, we are not seeking any donations. We would love for you to join this event first, as we can answer any questions you may have there. Please feel free to participate!

And we hope to gradually find more people who would like to join us as long-term collaborators.

What We Do
Our sessions are flexible and centered around the children’s interests, creating a fun and relaxed environment.
Art Time:
Children will enjoy painting and practicing calligraphy using brushes and ink. All materials such as brushes, paints, and paper are provided. Volunteers will support the children, encourage their creativity, and help manage materials.
Free Time:
After the art session, we spend time playing, drawing, or engaging in other fun activities together, depending on the children’s interests.

Schedule
2:00 PM: Meet at "narrafe" (Map Link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/A5CVW7fkZtbTE2ue8)
We will provide an orientation and explanation of the volunteering activities.
2:50 PM: Move to KOYA
3:00 PM: Volunteering start
4:00 PM: End of the activity

Important Notes
* All art materials (brushes, paints, paper) will be provided.
* Please bring your own drinks and a hat.
* As we are a small team, we may not be able to respond to all individual inquiries through the app.
* Please feel free to ask any questions during the orientation at Narrafe.

絵本の読み聞かせ、算数の個別指導、裏方でのお手伝いなど、貢献できる方法はたくさんあります。小規模で運営しているため、寄付は受け付けておりません。まずはこのイベントにご参加いただければ、ご質問にお答えできます。お気軽にご参加ください！

活動内容
この活動は、子どもたちの自主性を大切にした、自由で楽しい時間を重視しています。
アートタイム：
絵の具を使ったペイントや習字を行います。筆・絵の具・紙などの必要な道具はすべてこちらで用意しています。ボランティアの皆さんには、子どもたちのサポートや見守りをお願いします。
フリータイム：
アートの後は、お絵描きや遊びなど、子どもたちの興味に合わせて一緒に楽しく過ごします。

スケジュール

ボランティア活動の内容説明とオリエンテーションを行います。
14:50: KOYAへ移動
15:00: ボランティア活動開始
16:00: 活動終了・解散

注意事項
※筆、絵の具、紙などの画材はすべてこちらで用意します。
※熱中症対策のため、飲み物や帽子を各自ご持参ください。
※少人数のチームで運営しているため、アプリ内のメッセージや個別のお問い合わせにすべてお答えできない場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
※活動に関する質問は、当日Narrafeでのオリエンテーション時に直接お尋ねください。
