Starting at the iconic Greenwich Foot Tunnel, we’ll trace the river eastward past the soaring dome of the O2, through hidden ecological havens and striking modern architecture, all the way to the historic heart of Charlton.
From cannon foundries to cable cars, shipyards to secret gardens, this walk reveals the layered stories of London’s eastern riverside—where every bend in the path whispers of the city’s past and future. With panoramic views, quirky landmarks, and the chance to unwind in a riverside pub at journey’s end, it’s the perfect blend of history, scenery, and social connection.
