
What we’re about
We welcome all who would like to explore and practice the pillars of lifestyle medicine--whole food predominantly plant-based eating, exercise, restorative sleep, stress management, avoidance of toxic substances, and positive social connection. We are a group of varying level of expertise but all who have an abiding commitment to implementing our learning about this burgeoning field. At different times there will be discussion, book study, presentations, exercise routines, cooking and eating sessions, and other interactive and group-building activities. A fun, informative, and transformative time will be had by all.
