If you’re interested in awakening, living awake, or are highly sensitive—and want to enjoy being with people more—Essence Relating was created for you. We connect through embodied presence, silence, and the speaking that arises from this. Be aware: tears, laughter, and deep insights are common occurrences.

This is more than a sharing or authentic relating circle. It’s a deeply intentional space to:

* **Transform your relational nervous system**
* **Relate from essence to essence** rather than old limiting patterns
* **Discover the nourishment** that arises when truth is felt and expressed together—through speech and silence.
* **Come away with a simple powerful tool** to bring what you gain from the meeting into your daily life.

**Details**
**When:** Every 2nd, 4th Thursday (No meeting Thanksgiving or Christmas)
**Where:** Robear's Home (South Boulder) [RSVP for address and details](https://tally.so/r/Np5QJ0)
**Time:** 6:00 to 8:00pm. Doors open at 5:40.
**Contribution**: $15 - $25 Suggested Donation. *Pay at the door. Cash or Venmo. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Please contribute what you can while honoring the value you receive. Your support helps provide this offering to the community.*
**RSVP please by 4:00pm** on the day of the meeting so we can prepare enough seating.

**What to Expect**
You'll be welcomed into our sanctuary with presence and gratitude. As you enter, if you need to speak, please do so softly, slowly, and sparingly to support the depth of our container.
