What is a Gong Bath?
A Gong Bath is about being bathed in powerful, resonant sound waves. As you lie comfortably, the multidimensional vibrations of the gong and other healing instruments will wash over and through you. This works on a CELLULAR level, helping to:

A deeply immersive, 60-minute sound journey led by the sacred vibrations of the gong, complemented by Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other melodious instruments.
A gentle, guided return to the room, allowing you to integrate the experience.
A few moments of shared silence and space for gentle reflection.

What to Bring & How to Prepare:
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
We provide all the essentials: a yoga mat and bolster for your comfort.
You may wish to bring an eye mask, pillow or an extra cozy blanket for deeper relaxation.
Avoid a heavy meal 1-2 hours before the session.

Emily is a certified Gong Practitioner, who also received formal training in Kundalini Yoga and Reiki, bringing over 20 years of experience as a Psychometrist into her holistic practice. With a foundation in Psychology and the study of the brain, Emily’s personal journey evolved toward exploring how ancient modalities, such as sound, vibration, and breath can restore harmony to the nervous system and promote emotional well-being. Blending scientific understanding with intuitive practice, she creates immersive gong and sound healing experiences that support stress release, energetic recalibration, and deeper self-awareness.
Her mission is to share the joy of collective healing. Come as you are. All you need to bring is an open heart and a willingness to let go.
