I would like to invite you to a self development series, “New You Through New Habits”. Habits define us or foretell the world who we are in many ways. They possess the power to make or break us. Everything that we do is stemming from a habit that we developed. Wouldn’t life be perfect if we had a bunch of healthy habits (that develop into personality traits eventually) of eating a well balanced diet, exercising, being punctual, remaining carefree, etc.

Date and Timing:
Daily from Aug 7th to Aug 9th, 8:00-9:00 pm PST

Class #2: Steps to Transform Habits
Class #3: Transforming habit from “Holding on to Hurt” to “Letting Go”

Facilitator Profile:
A practitioner of Raja Yoga meditation taught at Brahma Kumaris and avidly learning their spiritual knowledge for almost a decade now. Applying the meditation technique and knowledge in real life have brought tremendous changes in every sphere of life (harmonious relationships, free of regrets, fearlessness, equanimity, stability, concentration, etc.). The big positive shift in life with very little effort inspires her to share these valuable gems through a variety of classes with everyone. For the last 7 years, she has been sharing deep & powerful insights with family, friends, neighbors, senior center, and at Google.
